Project Overview
Wynyard Station is a large and important public infrastructure and construction project that has dramatically improved the transport experience for city travelers.
Wynyard is Sydney’s third busiest station. Wynyard Station upgrade has increased station capacity to 150,000 people per day and has provided an improved gateway to Barangaroo and Sydney’s financial district. The project has established Wynyard station as a modern Australian rail benchmark for comfort, safety, and efficiency.

Supply and installation of cabling (PVC for non-essential & Radox for essential services) serving the following equipment:
- 72 x Misc. Fans
- 33 x FCUs
- 9 X Split A/Cs
- 27 x VRF FCUs
- 1 x VRF CU
- 42 x AHUs
- 6 x Electrostatic filters
- 28 x Pumps
- 9 x Cooling tower fans
- 2 x RCT fans
- 2 x Boilers
- 12 x PACs
- BMS 240V power to BMS panels (assumed as 1 adjacent to each MCC).
- GPOs serving water treatment system/s.
- Supply and installation of cabling serving 477 x motorised fire/smoke dampers
- Supply and installation of 92 x differential pressure transmitters serving SEFs, SPFs and SPRF
- Installation of 98 x free issued energy meters within the above-mentioned MSSBs (includes supply & installation of CTs).
Outcome
The project was completed on time and within budget.
